Leasha West is a decorated Marine Corps veteran, distinguished executive, dynamic speaker and best selling author. Recognized as America's most trusted voice in retirement planning and insurance, Leasha was the only female executive to win the Industry Elite Award by National Underwriter Magazine and named to the Top 100 in Finance. She is a member of the Forbes Finance Council, the Million Dollar Round Table and is a columnist for the American Bar Association.

As a respected leader in her community, Leasha serves as a tireless volunteer and founded the Veteran Aid Task Force™. Her enthusiastic dedication to serve others led her to become a two-time recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award from both President Barack Obama and President Donald Trump, and was named AARP Volunteer of the Year.

Leasha holds a Master of Science in Financial Services degree from The American College, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.
